If you'd like to continue investing in your health through our unique program, we will tackle all things Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) related through the Well~Being Continued Care Membership. This program helps you reach your health goals, with consistent access to support and guidance.

We start by connecting monthly and will assess where you are now, identify priority areas, and piece it all together into a personalized treatment plan.
*Testing costs are not included in the membership fee; testing is always optional
We do not directly bill insurance and are "out of network" with all insurance companies. We are happy to help you submit claims for out-of-network provider reimbursement from your insurance company, if applicable. Insurance benefits vary.
A credit/debit/FSA/HSA card and payment in full is required to schedule.
For your convenience, we are able to help verify your out-of-network benefits. Just ask us! Most, but not all insurance companies will allow for 3rd party verification.
